- On the first floor balcony the balustrade will
be metal as shown in the elevation painted
and will be painted in a
color to suit
Sanitary and Plumbing Works
- White fittings "Jacob Delafond" (baths,
washing basins, WC) will be provided
- Showers will be constructed
from granite tiles. A provision of cold and hot water in showers
and bathrooms
- In kitchen there will be a provision of cold, hot
and drinking water connection. Mixer taps will be provided
