Structure Walls and Floors

Structure

  • Reinforced concrete for foundation slab 50cm height
  • Reinforced concrete for beams and slabs

Walls

  • Hollow clay bricks 20cm for outside walls
  • Hollow clay bricks 10cm for internal walls
  • Local traditional stone 25cm on volume of the outside wall of bedroom No 3
    and as well as on the entrance porch and pillars
  • Three coats plaster on internal walls
  • The finish outside will be a special third coat superplast

Floors

  • The outdoors and indoors floors will be granite tiles
  • The staircase will be marble with 20mm thickness
  • The window sills will be marble with 20mm thickness
  • The bathrooms and showers floors will be granite tiles

Roof

Thermal and rain insulation treatment will be carried out on the roof.

Wall Fittings and Carpentry

Walls/Fittings

  • Bathroom wall tiles will be cream ceramic up to 210 cm height
  • Granite wall tiles in the kitchen between the cupboards and worktops

Carpentry works

  • Entrance door: Irocco hardwood
  • Interior doors: Pressed Caroline ply (beechwood finish)

Bedroom wardrobes

  • Hand crafted built in bedroom wardrobes, providing both drawer and coupboard unit
  • Exterior doors of Caroline chipboard (18mm beechwood finish)

Kitchen

  • Hand crafted base and wall units
  • Built in melamine interior and Caroline pine ply exterior (with Beechwood finish)
  • Selected worktops tops provided

Pergolas

  • Built in white soft wood timbers 40X150 mm with double wood beam at the front

Aluminium Fittings and Metal Works

Aluminum fittings

  • All outside openings will be with white aluminum double glazing as shown in the elevation plans
  • Sliding openings MU 200, Open way MU 700. Windows will incorporate blinds within the double glazing

Metal works

  • On the first floor balcony the balustrade will be metal as shown in the elevation painted
    and will be painted in a color to suit

Sanitary and Plumbing Works

  • White fittings "Jacob Delafond" (baths, washing basins, WC) will be provided
  • Showers will be constructed from granite tiles. A provision of cold and hot water in showers and bathrooms
  • In kitchen there will be a provision of cold, hot and drinking water connection. Mixer taps will be provided
  • Two taps with drinking water will be provided outdoors, one at the front and one at the back of the villas
  • Solar heater with capacity of 1t water tank is provided in a semi-concealed roof space above the upstairs bedroom
  • A pressurised system is also supplied
  • Mains water connection will be provided to the villa

Sewage System

  • One septic and one absorption tank will be built for each villa

Electrical Works

  • All necessary switches, sockets, plugs, telephone and TV sockets will be available
    (Including cabling for a satellite TV system)
  • Up-lighting in all rooms will be supplied
  • Connection of mains electricity will be provided to each villa

Painting

  • External walls : Two coats of emulsion "Dulux"
  • External stone walls : Special sealer
  • Internal walls : Three coats of emulsion "Dulux"
  • Ceiling : Spatula finish and two coats of emulsion "Dulux"
  • Wood : Special preservative and two coats of varnish
  • Door frames : Two coats finish paint
  • Pergolas: Two coats stain

Swimming Pool

  • Prefabricated pool 4x8 m with 140cm depth will be provided for each villa
